Air Knives can be used with reciprocating nozzles (up/down action) for more rigorous air-flow requirements.
They can be used as a static neutralisation system - ideal for the removal of dust and static charges when cleaning components such as plastic mouldings, glass, and automotive parts.
ACI's Air Knives are designed to blow-off all liquid and moisture, and thoroughly dry components and produce. They are easy to install, and have low energy consumption, especially when compared to thermal or compressed air systems.
An Air Knife System typically is made up of these components - centrifugal supply blower, appropriate ducting, and method of air delivery.
