The ICAF is designed for heavy-duty use and high concentrations of welding fumes. ICAF also filters low concentrations of gases, non-oily vapors and odors released by various applications in the industrial and chemical sectors. It is particularly suitable for industry thanks to its high performance and reduced energy consumption. (Please note, the ICAF is NOT suitable for use in potentially explosive environments.)

The four perimeter sides of the ICAF unit each contain multi-stage filtering sections, for a total of 20 filters:

  • an anti-spark filter
  • a corrugated glass fiber filter
  • an E12 absolute filter
  • an activated carbon filter - 24kg 
  • a high efficiency flat filter 


Heavy duty - the ICAF structure is made of heavy-gauge powder-coated steel for above-average resistance and sturdiness.

Low energy consumption - The 1.5 kW plug-fan with low energy consumption is designed for high performance and heavy-duty use.

Mobile - the unit is supplied with wheels already mounted and ready for use.

The ICAF can mount the ARMOTECH rigid articulated arm with a diameter of 125 - 160 - 200 mm depending on the models and specific use.

Other versions are available in three-phase, or with an automatic start/stop function.
