Weighing less than 7kg, the portable JetBlack Personnel Cleaning Station is designed to be easily carried from one work area to another for effective cleaning of work areas, components, and worker clothing and PPE. The portable JetBlack Personnel Cleaning Station is a safe and easy-to-use blower alternative to compressed air, using far less energy and emitting less noise than its compressed-air counterparts (see Dangers of Using Compressed Air).

Quiet - With noise levels below 78dB(A), the JetBlack is typically quieter than most compressed air nozzle arrangements.

Caution

Removal of debris and contaminants by the JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station will produce airborne dust, which could present an inhalation risk to the user and workers in close proximity. We recommend that prior to installation, consideration be given to the location of this station and implementing adequate engineering controls to minimise dust build up and regeneration.

Please note users MUST WEAR appropriate eye, ear and respiratory protection (RPE and PPE) at all times whilst operating the Cleaning Station.

The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station SHOULD NOT be used with hazardous materials, as the air-stream could move the hazardous materials to other areas (exposure to hazardous dust should be adequately controlled in line
with the WHS standards for your industry).

We recommend using a JetBlack Safety Cleaning Booth if removing a hazardous material or if containment control is required.
