The wall mounted JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is a simple, yet very effective tool, suitable for any manufacturing or production facility where employees need to quickly clean themselves down or remove dust from PPE or other equipment. Designed for positioning at any exit/entry point of all manufacturing and production facilities or workshops, the wall mounted JetBlack Personnel Cleaning Station is an easy-to-use alternative to compressed air that offers organisations peace of mind and users a completely safe solution for personnel de-dusting and blow-down operations. Compressed air has the potential to be very dangerous, even fatal if misused, particularly if it comes into direct contact with bare skin (see Dangers of Using Compressed Air).
Tough - Constructed from high grade plastics, the JetBlack has been designed to reliably operate within the toughest working environments.
Safe - Blower powered air produced is high volume, low pressure air (2.52psi) which poses no threat to personal safety AND costs up to 90% less than the equivalent compressed air generation.
Quiet - With noise levels below 78dB(A), the JetBlack is typically quieter than most compressed air nozzle arrangements.
Easy to use - Touch button for pre-timed on/off operation.
Control - Flexible hose (1.42m) allows for easy control of the air nozzle for full body de-dusting and cleaning.
Maintenance - Easily maintained (recommend change of filter every 3 months).
Outdoor optional - Stainless steel cover available for outdoor use.
Removal of debris and contaminants by the JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station will produce airborne dust, which could present an inhalation risk to the user and workers in close proximity. We recommend that prior to installation, consideration be given to the location of this station and implementing adequate engineering controls to minimise dust build up and regeneration.
Please note users MUST WEAR appropriate eye, ear and respiratory protection (RPE and PPE) at all times whilst operating the Cleaning Station.
The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station SHOULD NOT be used with hazardous materials, as the air-stream could move the hazardous materials to other areas (exposure to hazardous dust should be adequately controlled in line
with the WHS standards for your industry).
We recommend using a JetBlack Safety Cleaning Booth if removing a hazardous material or if containment control is required.
