If you have employees moving between dusty work areas to clean-zones, the installation of a JetBlack Safety Manual Personnel Cleaning Booth will allow them to quickly and safely remove residue dust, powder or contaminant from all PPE and work-wear clothing. JetBlack Safety Personnel Cleaning Booths are self-contained, semi-automatic, de-dusting systems which are guaranteed to meet or exceed OHS requirements. 

JetBlack Safety Personnel Cleaning Booths are electric and use no compressed air – contaminated workers can continuously enter and exit the unit without having to wait for a compressor tank to re-fill. It is a completely safe alternative to using compressed air (see Dangers of Using Compressed Air) and is much easier to use than alternative vacuum systems. It operates by utilising high-velocity, low-pressure air, which is effective in dislodging powders, dust and fibres effectively and safely from clothing and skin, even when directed at exposed skin. All dust and fibres are drawn down and away through the floor by an extractor system and collected either in a HEPA extractor or vented directly into your existing exhaust system. 

The booth come standard with twin doors, but workers can enter and exit out the same door if preferred. Walk-through booths can be conveniently situated at entry/exit points.
